Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
2. Delivery Times
We offer shipping via Australia Post Express and other trusted courier services. Estimated delivery times are:
- 1–3 business days for major metropolitan areas
- Up to 5 business days for regional or remote addresses
Please note: delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on courier capacity and location.
3. Delivery Guarantee
We guarantee timely dispatch, but we do not guarantee delivery timeframes once a parcel is with the courier. We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by shipping carriers.
4. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please:
- Submit a formal enquiry with the courier using your tracking number

Refund & Returns Policy
We strive to deliver the highest quality research products. However, due to the nature of our inventory, returns and refunds are limited to specific conditions outlined below.

We accept returns for eligible items within 7 business days of delivery if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect ordering.
