3. Delivery Guarantee

We guarantee timely dispatch, but we do not guarantee delivery timeframes once a parcel is with the courier. We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by shipping carriers.

4. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please:

  • Submit a formal enquiry with the courier using your tracking number
  • Contact our support team at support@reconstitution.com.au with your order number and supporting information

We will assist with investigations and provide support where possible.

All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging to ensure discretion. There are no labels or markings indicating the contents of your parcel.

6. Customs and Import Compliance

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any items purchased are legal and permissible in their location. We are not liable for parcels delayed, returned, or seized by customs or other regulatory bodies.

7. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided during the order process.
