We guarantee timely dispatch, but we do not guarantee delivery timeframes once a parcel is with the courier. We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by shipping carriers.

4. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please:

  • Submit a formal enquiry with the courier using your tracking number
  • Contact our support team at support@reconstitution.com.au with your order number and supporting information

We will assist with investigations and provide support where possible.

7. Incorrect Address
