Refund & Returns Policy

We strive to deliver the highest quality research products. However, due to the nature of our inventory, returns and refunds are limited to specific conditions outlined below.

1. Return Window

We accept returns for eligible items within 7 business days of delivery if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect ordering.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase must be provided
  • Clear photographic evidence of the issue must be submitted

3. Return Method & Instructions

Please email support@reconstitution.com.au with your order number and images of the issue. Our team will confirm whether a return is required and provide further return shipping instructions.

4. Refund Method & Processing Time

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item (if applicable). You will be notified once the refund has been issued.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We do not reimburse return shipping for change-of-mind requests or misuse.

6. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for items that have been opened, used, mishandled, or improperly stored. We reserve the right to deny any refund if the product appears tampered with or is returned outside of our return window.

7. Research Use Only

Due to the experimental nature of our inventory, all products are sold strictly for laboratory research and development use only. We do not offer satisfaction guarantees or accept liability for how products are used after purchase.
